Rossen Ivanov – Executive Director
Date and place of birth – April 15th 1964 in Varna, Bulgaria. Graduated from the University of Hamburg, Germany with a major in marketing and advertising. 1985 -1990 – drummer for Vassil Naydenov’s band. In 1993 founded the “Billboard” advertising agency. For the period 1996-2004 has served as a manager and advertising director for the “Interservice Uzunovi”, “Passat Press” and “Fresh Up Cosmetics” companies. Mr Ivanov has been working as a TV producer since 2004. Creator of the two best fashion TV show formats – “Fotosession” and the reality show “I Want to Be a Supermodel”.

Tony Strelkova – Commercial Director
Date and place of birth – April 17th 1978 in Sofia, Bulgaria. In 2004 graduated from New Bulgarian University in Sofia, Bulgaria with a major in dance theatre/modern dance/. Ms Strelkova has choreographed several musicals and show programs; organized and participated in artistic presentations, literature compositions, recitals, poetic readings, theatre and fashion-shows, advertising videos. For the period 2001-2002 has worked as a PR officer for the Sofia-based newspaper “Rabota”. 2002-2004 – PR officer for “Metropolitan” EAD. Since 2005 has been working and living in Varna, where Ms Strelkova has served as a manager and a director of a fashion agency.

Desislav Dimitrov - Advertising manager
Born on 11.10.1980. He studied fashion design and journalism. Denislav is the establisher and honourable member of the organization "Varna Fashion". He has long years of experience in the sphere of advertising, public relations, event management, fashion and lifestyle journalism. From 2004 to 2007 he has worked as a PR consultant and regional organizer in Visages Model Group. From 2001 to 2008 he has worked for the newspaper "Black Sea" as an advertising consultant, reporter, graphic designer, event organizer and relations to clients.

Kamen Zagorov - Art Director
Born on 6.01.1973. He graduated photography, fashion design, computer and interior design, Kamen has long years of experience as a fashion designer. An author of many own collections. He participates actively in the fashion life of Varna. From 2000 to 2004 he has worked as a photographer for Starboard Services Company, HollandAmerica, Royall Caribbean, Carnival и Absolute Stock Photography USA. Since 2004 he has worked as a photographer and Casting Director for Rossmodels. Kamen manages his own enterprise for design and production of Bulgarian national costumes. Since 2009 he has been working for Cast Images Agency.

Svetlin Zhelyazkov – Web Designer
Born on 13.04.1982. He studied computer systems and web design. Svetlin is an assistant in a company for web design and computer sales. He has long years of experience in the sphere of web design and computer technologies. From 2001 to 2005 he has worked as an administrator and web designer for VARNAPAGE. From 2005 to 2007 he has worked for INTELSOFT as a manager and administrator. Svetlin has built up the first wireless network for common usage within the town of Varna. He has taken part in the creation of many projects in the sphere of web design, wi-fi networks, entertainment and advertisement.

Ivan Nedelchev – Web Administrator
Born on 04.08.1981. He studied computer systems, network and web design. He is a partner in a company for web design and computer sales. Ivan has long years of experience in the sphere of building up networks and in the computer technologies. Since 1998 he has made his own computer club and internet network. He has built up the first completely wireless network for common usage in the town of Dalgopol. Ivan has taken part in the creation of many projects in the sphere of web design and wi-fi networks.
